FREE delivery available on orders over £150 - Any order below £150 will incur a postage charge.
We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days. Orders received before Midday (12pm) Mon-Fri are usually shipped the next day.

DPD - Delivery times are between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) - No Saturday delivery option. Most deliveries usually arrive next day, however some areas (e.g. Highlands and Islands) may take a little longer, upto 3 days. Parcels require a signature on delivery. If you require the parcel to be sent without a signature on delivery then please tell us in advance and also inform us of a safe place to leave your parcel. DPD provide tracking information for all parcels from Sender through to Delivery so if you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place this means that Anco Dog Treats cannot be held responsible for 'non-delivery' of any parcel sent without requiring a signature on delivery.
Delivery Surcharges:
Couriers charge a premium for delivering to some postcodes please see below. Larger/heavier orders with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland may also incur an additional surcharge to those detailed below.

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom
Due to continuing Brexit issues on the export of animal products, we are currently unable to ship outwith mainland UK and the above postcode areas.
Bank Holidays
We do not dispatch goods on Good Friday or Easter Monday.
We do not dispatch goods on English Bank Holiday Mondays.
We will also close for approximately 10 days over the Christmas / New Year period, and goods will not be dispatched in this time.
Please place orders well in advance for any Bank Holiday periods, to ensure goods are received on time.
